Job Responsibilities

  • Handle Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and assist clients with their insurance-related questions, policy details, and claims processing.

  • Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns and resolve problems promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.

  • Provide Information: Offer clear, accurate information about insurance products, services, and processes to help clients make informed decisions.

  • Document Interactions: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in our system.

  • Support Team: Collaborate with colleagues and support team initiatives to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.

  • Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and share insights to help streamline operations.
