Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and agency goals.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of client services professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of client projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery of deliverables.

  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.

  • Client Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for clients within the agency, ensuring their interests are represented and their expectations are exceeded.

  • Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for clients and the agency, and contribute to business development efforts.

Skills + Experience

  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in client services or account management within the advertising industry, with a track record of successful client relationships and team management.

  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective advertising strategies.

  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing client issues and challenges with creative solutions.

  • Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of client accounts.

  • Team Builder: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the advertising landscape, trends, and best practices.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree is a plus.
