Our client provides independent living options within our Vertical Villages, allowing community members to reside in their own apartments while receiving around-the-clock support. Our team is committed to pioneering advancements in the disability sector, with the goal of enhancing the quality of life for those who are vulnerable and individuals with disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

The Head of Marketing will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of all Marketing and Brand initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization to advance marketing and brand efforts across each business unit.

In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals, offering direction, support, and mentorship across all marketing activities.

Skills + Experience

We are looking for a passionate and innovative individual who is eager to challenge conventional approaches and drive positive change within the sector. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects effectively while leading with enthusiasm.


We seek a motivated and experienced professional who has:

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing and brand strategies, preferably within disability, healthcare, or related fields.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, complemented by excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Expertise in budget management and resource allocation.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • The ability to use analytics and insights to continuously enhance marketing campaigns.

  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus, including skills in building and optimizing lead nurturing funnels.
