Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.

  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, handle HR documentation, and assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

  • Employee Relations: Support employee relations activities, address employee inquiries, and assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.

  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices and processes comply with relevant legislation and company policies.

  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, track employee development programs, and assist with performance management processes.

  • Reporting: Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making.

Skills + Experience

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within an FMCG or retail environment.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling HR documentation and data.

  • IT Proficiency: Competent in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support various HR functions.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
