Job Responsibilities
Organize and lead a team of drivers to ensure professionalism in every delivery.
Manage customer bookings with integrity, ensuring a proactive response to urgent freight requirements.
Utilize a driven approach to devise optimal route plans for time-sensitive deliveries, considering fatigue regulations.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain a high standard of communication within the division.
Uphold respect in all interactions, both with customers and within the team.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills in a fast-paced transport environment.
Provide clear communication to drivers and team members for effective route organization, considering long-distance driving requirements.
Be available for on-call duties after hours and on weekends, exhibiting dedication and a proactive mindset.
