Job Description

In this role, you'll engage with the digital landscape and ideally have a keen interest in how data drives real-time interactions with users and audiences. 


You'll be intrigued by the impact of incremental growth on the digital market and open to questioning traditional attribution models.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive significant revenue growth by applying business insights to uncover client needs and demonstrate how our solutions can help them achieve their objectives.

  • Coordinate internal resources to prepare and deliver solution-based strategies for clients.

  • Develop and present tailored sales opportunities that address clients' critical needs and assist them in achieving their goals.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key marketing and media decision-makers within client organizations, while understanding the market landscape and expanding account penetration.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with key client decision-makers.

Skills + Experience

Qualifications:

  • 15 years of professional experience in digital sales and marketing.

  • A BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing or Business, with a strong academic background.

Key Attributes:

  • Proven track record of closing significant enterprise-level deals with strategic planning, focus, and determination.

  • In-depth knowledge of the MarTech/AdTech value chain.

  • Enthusiastic about the sales process with a keen eye for detail.

  • Familiarity with privacy rules and regulations.

  • Comfortable with incrementally expanding client accounts and revenue, and confident in pursuing new business.

  • Strategic partner who excels in building relationships, presenting a client roadmap and vision, and achieving key targets.

  • Ability to forge relationships across various disciplines within client organizations, including marketing and media decision-makers, and engage effectively with all business levels.

  • Enjoys the interpersonal aspects of the role and actively engages with clients.

  • Skilled in planning and helping both internal and external stakeholders understand the broader perspective.

  • Highly driven, proactive, and ambitious self-starter.

  • Eager to learn and committed to personal development.

  • Proven success in target-driven sales roles, with experience in consultative sales and solution selling.

  • Versatile marketer with experience across multiple channels, including online, direct mail, catalog, and newspapers.

  • Self-motivated, with a talent for identifying opportunities, generating new business, and closing sales.

  • Ability to assess client objectives and develop communication strategies tailored to those objectives within display advertising.

  • Strong business and strategic planning skills.

  • Solid quantitative skills with proficiency in analytic tools and techniques.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Effective communicator across various organizational levels.

  • Collaborative team player with demonstrated sales and business development experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management software (e.g., Salesforce).
